Beautiful build, well engineered and executed. Just can't warm up to the headlight concept. Big single, twins or a cyclops big and small would be a great compliment to an great effort.
Just my 2 cents.

Just wait, picture number plate corners radiused and painted with the number 13 on it I have a number 13 template cut all ready the lights fit in the 3.

Man that exhaust is sweet. I have been looking for a set of cans for my hi-pipe exhaust but I never thought of building my own mufflers. Any baffles inside?

I think yours and predgrid's trackers must be the two best I have ever seen.

Kinda like this we will tweek them a little

No, i have generic baffels but have not tried them. I will bring them when we dyno tune carbs. bike sounds great with empty cans i think the end caps help a little

Cans where easy to build i had old V-H super sport pipe on my gsxr 1100 and all ways liked it mine is very similar type of build. Also will make small stainless steel heat shield.

Nice build. The bike does not say street tracker to me. Resto-mod the front end says it all. The number board no way. Put a round old school bates head light and a asskicking paint job. You will have every one Drooling not just the board heads. No offence intended number board fans just my opinion and I've been judging bikes for the last 40 years. From one old dude to another.

Thanks for all the complements.

My goal was to build a bike that looked like it rolled Right off the starting grid( aside from the front brakes). I know the forks ore a little over the top, some teams tried up side down forks but there isn't a large amount of spring choices for them.

Paint colors will be a surprise

Small problem plate material was to thin and cracked. here's how i made thicker one.

If it cracks again.... grind a radius on the angle iron it will spread the stress out across a larger area. The XS is kinda notorious for cracking rear fenders, license brackets and tail light holders.
