TCI magnet

The base section that has the keyway, is splined to the outer piece that holds the windings and slip rings. Perhaps during assembly the two pieces were put on the wrong splines. This would let the magnet be in the wrong place in relation to the keyway. Also they may put on the timing mark on after they assembled them.
If so this may be just one that slipped by QA, or it could be a whole run may be bad.
As mentioned comparing the relationship between the keyway and the magnet will prove this out.
I don't know how the rotors come apart, perhaps someone who has had one apart can provide more info about the splines.

Here's the update guys. After sending them multiple pics , Mike's xs will be mailing me the right rotor tomorrow. Waiting on reply to find out what the problem was. Will update as soon as I here something. Thanks again guys for ur patience.
