hey guys .. i am rebuilding my old xs77
got it last summer .. this is what i found when i
took alook at my sump filter ...

what the hell is that - it is modifiet - but what filter
would fit...

who make this - a set? ...

That has got to be a home-brew filter.
The stock sump screen (not a filter), is notorious for getting holes. I think this is someone's fix.

The MikesXS sump screen is reinforced to prevent holes, and is a good product. I would get one, then if you want real filtration, I would replace the side-cover screen with one of the available filter kits. Since you are in Denmark, look at Heiden Tuning's products:

The kit that Brian linked to looks like just another screen. Would be okay if you can't get the reinforced MikesXS screen.
 
An auto parts store should be able to match that cartridge by dimensions.
Most of the canister/cartridge types I am used to working with, the oil filters have a metal shroud. The fuel filters have the paper exposed like yours. Not to say that isn't an oil filter just one I haven't dealt with.
 
Sorry for getting off your filter topic but does anyone know if that heiden sump filter is reusable? looks like metal screen. Was thinking about trying it out.
