81 xs650 h wiring problem no power :(

i have a project bobber 81 and i cant seem to get any power to it, it has a new battery etc. but some of the wires are spliced/corroded i am curious what wires i need to keep and what wires i need to get rid of as i cant seem to get any power to anything on the bike. and i also have a clymers manual ive been looking at.
