Hi All - I have been doing a lot of research on adapting the stock wheel to a 2005 low rider front end. The low rider comes with a 1" axle so I will be cutting that down to 3/4" on my lathe. I have found a bearing, rls-6-2rs, that is very close to the stock size with the 3/4" bore, the OD is 47.54 mm and the stock one is 47 mm. The biggest difference is the width at 14.3 mm which is 2.7 mm narrower than stock.
I will be replacing the spokes so when I do I will touch the ID of the hub bore with the lathe for a better fit and machine spacers as required. I will let you know how it goes once I get to that point.
