Billet Kill Switch ideas, Latching

Hi,

I'm looking for some kill switch ideas, since I'll be ditching the control pods. I seem to remember one of the regulars posting a trick offroad/ATV/etc latching kill switch, but I cannot find pictures or direct mention of it!

I'm looking for a latching kill switch, aluminum housing, not chrome. Black is fine, raw aluminum is fine. Black button, semi low profile. I'd like it to disappear as best as possible. I can strip some ugly anodize and suede it myself, so finish isn't that important.

The Omar's switch is not what I'm looking for.

Any suggestions in the under $50 range? Anything over that?

Bump!

I still haven't found a nice looking kill switch. I hoped that some offroad/powersports company would have some trick looking options.

As an addition, I'll have to source a headlight switch (Low/High or Off/Low/High) as well.

Dave this is what i put in for my manual headlight kill switch since i redid the wiring myself. I know its not exactly what you were looking for but its an idea for you to ponder.

I won't have a headlight bucket (designing a bezel mount for a Truck-lite 27270c), but it's appreciated

To use it on a XS650 though you would need a relay to open the power cicuit

Could I use it to cut power to the PAMCO? I have to build the harness, so no OEM. components

It is a simple normally open switch, momentary, not latching. Thats why you would have to use a relay
