How much travel does your brake pedal have from start to stop? Mine is about 3", not sure if I need to bleed them some more.

I assume you have a disc brake on the rear of your bike. If so have you checked the pedal free play and adjusted the pushrod to get it with in limits?

Yes, rear disc brake. I adjusted the free play to about 1/4" but I can press down another 1 3/4" further until stop. Seems a bit much. I don't know as I've never had a bike before. I rebuilt the MC and bled the brakes until there were no more bubbles. So what give?
Seems about right. If it's too tight the brake can drag.
