Combined braking systems

Just a thought, I can only find information on the Honda DCBS systems, and google hasn't found me any sort of custom applications.

If some of you may be so kind as to enlighten me on whether this would be possible using a single master with a proportion control valve... Or has this been done before on say, a cost effective build?

Just curious as to what my braking options are on my build and a post on another forum mentioned this type of braking system and I can't find any other information on it besides a factory honda system.

A search with the terms "combined braking systems" "combined brakes" "brakes" "single master cylinder" "dual actuated brakes" yield no results for the thread you speak of, with a few pages of searching. Is there a particular term or keyword I can search for to find the particular thread.

It's called a proportioning valve. BMW and other have done it in the past.
