Want to weld up my own set of pipes for my 75' xs but curious as to how the motors run and how the valves hold up if not having baffles. Any feedback would be great thanks!
Unless you are planning on drag racing, IMHO straight pipes without baffles are extremely hard to tune, and sound terrible.

Don't let the title of the thread fool you, these baffles work on any length pipe. The longer the pipe, the shorter the baffle needs to be, and I currently always use a single bolt.
But, a lot depends on the diameter of the header and the pipe. If you are building a larger than stock diameter header, you will probably need more baffle.
