Dellorto Carb Kit From Mikes

Does anyone have experience using these carbs from mikes? Are they worth the money? I need a new set because my stockers are giving me the biggest headache. Any info would be great.

It will be going on an 81 xs650 special bobber open carbs with shorty pipes, no baffles.

I have them mated to my 750 big bored 1977 motor.

I enjoy them. Changed out some pipes and baffles and found them semi easy to tune around.

If you plan on having them dangle just off the carb holders make sure you get those metal carb holders vs the stock rubber ones. With no support the carbs will rip the rubber carb holders.

I've used Dellortos on mine, but not from Mikes ( to expensive ), buy them on ebay and get Mikes cables, thinking about getting some manifolds made so the flanged type will bolt straight on.
