Did I smoke my ignition?

I've got a rephased 650 engine with the 277 Pamco ignition. I stalled the bike just before parking, pushed it in the garage it and consequently forgot to turn the ignition off. The most excellent lithium battery really melted the coils. I replaced them and still no fire. What is the chance I fried the Pamco ignition? Gone 3 years without a hitch and now this? Any help appreciated. Thanks
