front drum brake adjustment

hi guys joe here .i am working on my 71 xs1 and had front whell off for polishing .amyways i was wondering if u guys know what the proper steps for readjusting the twin leading shoe set up my frikin manual is very vague in this area i know theres a process to make them work rite just been ages since i had drum brakes i need some refreshing thanks joe i even checked in here under brakes and found nothing in the steps to do it

De-glaze the shoes and inside of the drum, use a file and shape the edges of the shoes to match the curve of the drum, adjust the cable and arm so that is it as close to 90° as possible when the brakes are actuated.
