Fuel pouring out into air filter...check my cause..

All electrical hooked up and ready to go, turned engine over... Sound like it wanted to catch but wouldn't. Then I see fuel pouring out. Broke down carbs today per "tech" section advice, which is awesome and invaluable! Here's what I found.. If I'm reading correctly, float bowls were probably stuck. Is this pretty gummy? I cleaned and lubed internal parts, hope this fixes things.

That one float looks like it may have been patched. Did you do a warm water test on them? A bowl or cup larger than the floats full of warm water submerge the floats in the warm water, watch for bubbles. Bubbles= leaks.
