handlebar controls

Hello all, Not new to the forum been lurking for a while and building my hard tail 1975 XS650B.
I am trying to figure out what brand to buy for the clutch, brake master cylinder & throttle assembly?
using stock front brake and dual throttle cable set up.
Is there any brand that is better than the other, I don't know? looking for input...

I'll post some pics soon and show what I have done, start to finish.
