Dag nabbet. I went and bought a pile of 72 left over bobber project part's just to get the original seat. I forgot to take my original with me to make sure it matched. Well it doesn't. 
I called the guy I bought it from and he said it was just in the pile of parts that came with the bike.
By looking on ebay, I'm fairly sure this is a mid 70's XS 650 seat. But each auction has different years listed. What is the year spread on these seats. I was tempted to use just the foam off of it, but I hate to destroy a nice seat that someone could use. I may try to trade it for 72 parts that I need. Or I may just sell it out right. What would you guys say it worth. Thanks
