HELP!: Lean condition

Air filter: Pods
Exhaust: open header
Main Jet: 145
Pilot: 47.5
Float height: 22mm
mix screws: 3 turns out
carbs synced with manometer
cleaned again, again, and again.
cam chain set
valves set
timing set

Still running lean as evidenced through spark plugs being colgate white, popping from exhaust and hanging rpms. Also, when I turn the choke on, the hanging rpms condition is made even worse. Any clues? Would running a #50 pilot be unheard of? help?

Yes. Sprayed some fluid around the boots. nothing.

Today I stand a humbled man. Humbled by a cheap, leaky $1.00 blind plug. She's running great now. Thanks jchrisk1.

Ah, the leaky blind plug. How we put our faith in such things. Glad it was an easy fix.
