Removed the airbox on the '75. Installed new double layer UNI filters. What do I do with the one into two hoses that attached to the airbox from the rear of the head (vents?) Joe
Found that one side of the "Y" shaped metal vent had a factory rubber plug installed even though the tube running to the airbox was hooked up. Was this a mistake at the factory? Do I just need one tube running to the power brake check valve & leave the plug in or remove the plug and run two? Thanks for the tip on the setup:smart fix for the pods. Joe
You can just run one if you like. Your model had one side plugged. My '78 had both sides open but with reducers in them, so they probably add up to the same as running just one fully open.
