Recently bought several parts from MikesXS. Needed new filters for stock airboxes for TX restore I've been working on. Went to install them and here's what I got. Same SKU's on the boxes. One filter is a good half inch wider than the other. Sent multiple emails to customer service with these photos and three days later, still no response. What gives?

They were in the hurricane path. Give them a minute.
Good point. Yeah, cutting some slack is warranted. A simple acknowledgement would have been great, especially since the track of the storm was unknown when I first reported the issue. They were open on Monday and Tues. Have had good luck with Mikes up to this point. Need to improve on my patience.
 
Resolved. Had to call. They acknowledged my emails. All good.
I imagine a good boss would tell an employee or all of them, when a hurricane is coming, "go, take care of your family and house". Mikes has been around and it seems they have provided pretty good service over the years (I am new here). Thanks for getting your patience in check. Welcome to the XS650 madness
