Left side lean

Ok to start, bike was running ok. Seemed a little dead on left side , but running ok. Two days ago took off on bike and it start popping on both cylinders. Automatically I thought jumped timing. Started tearing motor down to take off frame and realized that the screws backed out of pickup and ripped loose from rotor. Order new one from Mike's and replaced. Know , left side popping like crazy. Back mixture screw out and stopped popping. But ..... Know idles fine , but when I take off it bogs down and will rev really high and won't come down even by quick twisting the throttle. Checked pilot jet and all ports. All clear. Any ideas ?? New rotor and pickup maybe????
