more problems than carbs clogged

I think I've got other problems.I cleaned carbs.jets,ports,circuits and it didn't help,still only one cylinder running at idle. .While the engine was running I pulled a plug wire off the dead cylinder and there was no spark.I have transistor ign. so its not the points.What now, new coil??
