Remember just a couple of years ago when the Motion Pro 05-0013 clutch cable was just $12 plus tax and free shipping? The cheapest one now is $14.50, an increase of 21%. $2.50 may not be a lot to you, but across the board, this corporate greed inflation thing is killing me.
So, I ordered what appears to be a new item from Niche:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/295612517904
at a savings of $1.55. Also available on Amazon for the same price.
I am very pleased. It seems to be an exact replica of the Motion Pro. The elbow angle and length are the same, and the elbow has the same Teflon (?) liner. Over-all very stout and very slick action, at least as good as the Motion Pro, maybe better.

Is the inner cable, the actual wire, the same thickness as the Motion Pro? That's the big thing in my mind. On many of the aftermarket cables, the wire is smaller in diameter and doesn't last as long.

I use VENHILL for all my cable and minor parts requirements.
I buy enough cable to make up several clutch / throttle cables for various bikes.
Clutch cables are thicker than throttle ones.
Great quality and cheaper overall than buying model specific finished cables.
Of course you have to build the cable yourself; and solder on the nipples etc.
