Pinstripping a wheel

Some of the newer bikes have all black mags with a single red pinstripe around the rim. Any good ways/ideas of DIYing that pinstripe in paint?

mount the wheel, spin it, hold a brush to it in one spot, and watch the stripe go round. stop when you hit the other end. use one shot paint.

I pinstriped my buddy's wheels on his car and they turned out pretty good. Get a pinstriping brush (Mack 00 probably) and some one shot paint and go for it.
