Needing to add a luggage rack and bag racks.
The standard/oem bolt is too short for the additional width of the mounting tabs.
When I did this before I used soft copper as the spacer/bushing and it didn't hold up well.
I've searched the farm/hardware stores and can't find the size I need in steel, bronze or aluminum.
There is a hard nylon that fits the ID/OD and only needs 4mm trimmed for the length.

Anyone with an idea of where to find the bushing I need?

Below is a pic of the original and replacements to give you some idea of what I am trying to do.

If no access to a lathe then perhaps try some steel tube and cut to length. Another possibility would be to epoxy a stack of washers together.
