Not sure if these posts are allowed/appreciated, but wanted to give kudos to Pandemonium for the customer service I received. Living in Canada, it can be a total nightmare getting parts shipped. Shipping rates are at ridiculous premiums, and our customs process often leads to brokerage charges that would blow your mind.
I recently ordered a new exhaust from Dan, and he went the extra mile for me. He helped out with shipping to a secondary address, and he expedited the fabrication so my parts would arrive on time for my quick visit. I was only in the US for 4 days over the holidays, and he made sure that I'd have what I needed.
Huge props to Dan and Pandemonium. It's this kind of customer service that get you clients for life.
