Here's the final parts count. Pretty much everything except the engine/ frame/rear wheel assembly. The seat is almost perfect!.... looks new, including the pan. Tank and side panels could use some paint. Cool patina though. Even has the original air cleaners. Rear fender has a few dents and could use a re-chrome (some surface rust toward the front). Neverdull could do magic on it. Exhaust is straight and looks good. Could also use some cleaning. Basically, everything is in good working order and in great shape. $350 was spent on the front fender re-chrome and hardware. No ideal what was spent on the seat, but it's damn nice. I'd rather not sell the parts individually, but will for the right price. Like I said earlier, I can deliver but it will cost (truck gets 19mpg). I just want to say to @Chewmaize. In the last few years a lot of XS2's have come out of the woodwork for restoration so these parts are like finding a nugget of gold.
