Sparks!

Hi ,hope your all having a good Monday
I've just put the battery back in after having it off to charge over winter it's fully charged and starting the bike really well
However when I closed the seat there are sparks coming from the seat catch of all places,it never did it before ,could
It be the battery terminals touching the seat base or is it more likely a frayed cable ? I've had a quick look and can't see anything obvious.
Also can you tell me what this battery cable is attached to, the round thing under the side panel ,its the black cable.Tia.

Positive battery goes to the round thing. That’s the starter relay (solenoid.) The other big wire on it goes to the starter.
