Hi Emil and welcome,
if you can see the actual bike you can read the tire sizes and measure the frame but if all you have is that photo you'll have to guess.
The usual springer set-up is a 5"-16 rear and a 3"-21 front. Lots of hardtailers on this list who may be able to tell who built the hardtail
frame's back end and the springer forks.
The engine; having cam covers with 650 on them, blacked out with polished fin edges and an oil viewport in the side casting; looks to
be from a 1983 or 1984 Heritage Special.

Thank you Fred!
It's just a picture I found.
I already bought the TCbro hardtail, and now trying to figure out wich springer to get.
I guess it will a moto iron springer from TCbro or maybe a DNA.
I want it to be as short as possible because I like the look, but im unsure if I can run into any problems due to a short springer?

rear looks like a stock XS 650 heritage 16" Doing a springer it's usually easiest? to get an available yamaha to harley neck bearing conversion kit and stay harley from the neck forward.

Someone flipped the rockers in that photo. That will shorten the length about 2 inches but if you plan on using a front brake the rotor will hit the caliper.

Also after taking more then a glance it the pic. Those rockers a flipped.
So if you get -2 springer and want it lower just flip the rockers.
It will ride a little stiffer. Also make sure you get a spring brace for the top springs. This will quiet it down from squeezing.
On a side note pretty sure the springer from tc is just a rebranded dna. A lot of places do this.

Thank you Fred!

Hi Emil,
I reckon the springer length that will look the best is the length that sets the frame's bottom rails parallel to the ground when the springer's
suspension is half way compressed.

Finally the springer showed up. Now I need to find some bearings
Does anyone know what tank that black bike have?
It looks like the tank is really close to the engine, no gap between engine and tank og you know what I mean?

This is what I use for springer and Harley front ends on xs650 and I have done more than 10 with no problems
YOU NEED
1" Harley bearings top and bottom (these are the same as 1" trailer bearings too)
ALL BALLS bearing kit for xs650 and you just use the races not the bearings (put them away for a later build XS650 )
You need to cut 1/16" off the bottom of the stem because the xs650 bearing sits high and the springer or the Harley sit flush. You can cut it with a cut off wheel or a grinder. I mark it all the way around and just cut up to the line.
Now if you buy a DNA Springer and I have wrote to them and they still did not make change so for safety reasons there is a allen that holds the DNA stem . It just sits against it and what you need to do is take it out find a drill bit that fits in without messing up the treads and make a in dent in the stem so the allen can hold the stem from moving. On two different times I have knocked out the stem just trying to put the bottom bearing on. This is not a true press in stem and with a good pothole there is a chance that it can move. SO SAFETY FIRST
When you get to building all of us old guys like to see pictures HAHA
Here are a couple more builds SPRINGER-CAFE with GSXR FRONT-HARLEY FRONT END with Harley wheels
Have Fun

Got the hardtail welded up and test fitted the tank, seat, rear wheel and fender.
Found out that I have a 19" wheel... what do u guys think? Will it sit to high from the ground?
