Seems like the way the motor is sitting he would have a lot of trouble with float height on his carbs.

carb is a single solex(?) prolly off a volvo. im thinkin it might have oil pump issues, but if that front tank is an accumulator, no problem. but the oil level in the sump would have to be checked constantly to make sure it doesnt suck air.
