Well it seems the NHTSA will decide. Damn shame I was planning on buying an Elio.
I didn't expect it to be as safe, solid and secure as the Petercar (359 Longnose twin stack with a cabin in da back) I owned. But I wasn't expecting to work like a truck either.
Jus a fun mobile for commuting on the wet cold days.
Course I'd own a mini-truck if you could license them.
