4 WTF happened to the fun of sending parts to each other ? (SHIPPING COSTS)
A few weeks ago you sent out an ask for the frame downtube. I offered to cut one out of an old frame... only cost to you is shipping. It's been sitting in the basement ever since... waiting on you to give me your shipping address. All I've heard since is crickets.

In spite of you pissing me off when you went after one of our younger members, the offer stands...

... so yeah... that's what happened to the fun of sending parts to each other.... lack of follow through.

I grinded the po’s welds which were big enough for a bank vault.
I’m not sure if I have the correct wheel but it took plenty of effort and noise to get good results. The garage became full of grey dust but I’m going to make it look good enough maybe this weekend.
No rear brake switch, No tachometer cable, just a reasonable clean dirt bike frame

Thx Vincent, Saturday grinding is on a different project however as a modern 42”x72” standard sized window does not fit a mid 70’s frame hole. Chisel wood, grind 70’s siding .. it’s durable for sure

So awhile back having been unexpectedly fired for driving my Volvo Sleeper Cab & 53’ trailer thru a tight alley in Old downtown Walla Walla WA to deliver wine to the back door. The lady there thought I was fabulous, my boss thought I was a rebel. Cheers to Rebels!
I completed a few home projects, have a new trucking job next week.
My frame is ground and prettied up quite a bit. I took it to a reputable fabricator and his bid was $110 per hour X 3 plus materials 😳 frick no.
I’m not a welder / fabricator and need to know what is compatible material to weld into an XS frame ?
I wanna pick up there with that question.
