Thank you for all the info. It sucks I dont have time at the moment to read it all. What sucks worse is evry connection/connector on the bike is new and soldered, heat shrunk etc. Battery isnew gel last season. I keep the bike on a battery tender and the thing still breaks down. It may have a grand total of 2 thousand miles since completly new/ restored.
I have a bike that was 12 years old, with over twenty thousand miles. kept outside in the weather. Put a Dyna ignition on it and have not had to change eventhe plugs for twnety thousand miles and 10 years. I felt bad a put some plugs in it back in 99 and it starts first try all the time.

$145.00 toreplace the blue box. Its cheaper to buy the Pamco. Anyone have pictures of the coil they use? I need to see if I can make it fit were I have mine mounted.
