The 10mm nut is 7.2 lbs. and the 12mm nut is 15lbs.
But I don't use 15lbs on the 12mm nuts 7 seems fine.
5twins offered a good tip in if you put the triangle one on and look at the bottom, sometimes there is a small gap that can be eliminated by simply rotating the cover to the next hole.

The first chart is "torque" by size. 10mm nut or 6mm bolt is 7 ft lbs, etc.
The second chart is by part description.

Yes, there actually is a torque value given for these on that page. They're not referred to as "Valve Covers" but I can't imagine what else this spec would pertain to .....
