Seen a couple of bikes with the reverse levers, seems to be tracker bikes mostly. They're typically for bars that you have a more downward angle on them I think, but hey, bike chopping is all about making something work in an application it wasn't built for!

Are those signals leds? I'm going to be looking for some slick LED lights for my bike, I would really like to run as small a battery as possible.
