Should I have a left hand and a right hand or 2 of the same carb?

It's a pistol to adjust the carb with the screws tween the carbs. But I've been doing it on madness for years, once dialed in you don't mess with them often. One choke should have a lever so you can reach it from the outside, the other just a knob.
