Holy Cripe!!! There's enough realism, just in that video, to get a little motion-sick. I can't imagine actually playing the game. And virtual-reality gear would probably make me fall out of my chair!
Due to the questionable handling of my XS2 I bought and fitted a pair of Girling rear shockers. I bought them from Alan Jefferies shop in Saltaire Shipley. During a visit to the IOM TT in 1974 a friend at the time and myself would get up at 05.00 and go for a quick lap. He had a 63 Boneville I was on the Yam, I couldn’t keep up to his pace as the Yam was all over the place, on returning to Governors Bridge we stopped and had grins on our faces. He looked down and said “ look at your rear shocker” the top had broken off and the spring was nearly out.
Close call. When you compare the damper rod diameter of the two types, original and Girling, the originals are far more robust.
