What bits and pieces to shave off my frame?

Next week I'll start cutting unnecessary bits out of my frame for a cafe build. Before I go crazy with a 4" grinder, what have you guys cut off? Anything you cut then regretted later?
 
It's just metal, you can always put it back on...

The cleanest builds you'll see have nothing extra on them... Get a good idea of what you are keeping, and ditch the rest... If its ugly, cut it off, make a nicer one, and put that in it's place...

That's the plan but I don't want to create a headache later trying to put back on some critical, motor/suspension related tab. Looking for headache stories or any warnings.
 
Keep the front Fork stop on the headtube, if you are keeping the stock trees.

Since I only keep the headtubes, thats all the advise I have for ya :laugh:
 
Keep the rear brake tabs. Things like the switch, reservoir and such need a place to be mounted unless you are going to redo that. :thumbsup:
