My front is the same tread direction as my rear, but of course is a different size than the rear.
F 100 90 19
R 110 90 18​

D404f is opposite in direction of tread pattern from D404 rear. A D404f in my opinion is not even as good a match to a D404 rear as the Harley Davidson D401f.
I've studied tires since being a boy on a bicycle and have learned plenty. Some OldSchool choices still are the best.
