Wiring mikesxs pma-what to remove unique questions

Hi All, I don't see the answers I need in the many posts on pma. I have a 79 special, with Pamco and I installed mikesxs pma. First, the old stator had seven wires as pictured . I think I understand the new pma wiring, but what about the blue neutral wire and yellow headlight, starter overrun wire? I removed the headlight relay. Also, do I then remove the regulator/recifier unit currently on the bike? It has different connections than the new one shown in the pics. Where do those end up?

Trying to understand it all, I will eventually rewire, but I want to get charging system up first.

I wired the headlight directly into one of the yellow wires coming from the new PMA assembly. Works fine for me. Everything else, I just left hanging for the time being until I knew I could get the bike going and road ready.
