Ok so im trying to figure out what's going on...have a 78 with pamco and hhb pma..been fine for 5 years..coming home from work bike started dying and backfiring..had battery tested and they said it was dead would not charge..so bought new battery..rode for a week fine..then did the same...

Is this normal....when I start bike on center stand I have to stand there and blip or keep a steady amount of throttle at 1200rpms till warms up. But when I start it on side stand...no throttle and idles fine till warmed up.. I'm sure it has to do with angle of carbs and fuel flow...but is this...

I have my carbs off putting on some jbm manifolds. Carbs are fine not leaking but I wanted to put the stainless hardware on.I have all the sizes from seaching threads, but wonder is it OK to take old hardware off one at a time to replace without causing leaks? Don't plan on going into my carbs...

Was doing some sync screw and mix screw adjustments and heard aleak...its on left side between carb and boot. Gonna replace but in the meantime is it still rideable? Going to replace with jbms'and those vaccum adapters from 650central..because my petcocks don't leak and want to keep them

Hey guys....finally got the fork seals out yesterday by boiling them in water for 15 min. and using a seal remover(screwdriver with a hook). But when I put new seals in should I drive them in dry or with some syl-glide? Thanks
