I need a set of tree's for a '77 standard, are "specials" tree's the same?

There may be a difference in how the gauge mount plate- key switch in particular- attaches to the upper....fact is there is a difference between an '80 Special and a '77D Standard- though the bottoms are the same.

I happened to have a 77' standard frame and related parts in my own stash so I don't have to look to far, sometimes I'm forgetfull
