They're actually a half a MM thicker than originals. But that's OK... go ahead and make fun of 'em.... ;)

Honestly, I'm told daily that if I think my focus, and memory are bad now, wait 'til I'm older, but seriously. I look at these threads you guys have and just see all the small attention to detail and take notes, realizing that when I turn around to look at my bike, I just confuse myself and wonder how I originally took it apart! Looks awesome. Great paint job on those calipers. I'd have certainly scratched them all up trying to reinstall them...

With age comes wisdom and patience... The wisdom to use the smart phone for lots of pics.... and the patience... well, patience 'cause it hurts when you work too fast now. :lmao:

When you're retired with nothing better to do you will understand.

That's good advice. It does take a lot of patience. Lately I've been trying to challenge my mind and work according to "book times" and it only frustrates me further. No wonder people like hourly rate pay!

I Use to suffer from a chrome afliction condition - See the hardware store and the licquor store were both on my walking route ..:lmao:

Retired means you have the time to do everybody else's projects, while you got more done on your own when you were working!
I've become proof of "living the dream". Okay. Mostly (mostly) it has to do with the weather, and not being able to do the messy, smelly outdoor work on "The Basketcase" until Mother Nature cooperates. But, yeah. I'm busier now than when I was working. Makes you wonder how you got anything done with that rotten job in the way... :wtf:
