1970 Swingarm Bushings

I am working on a 1970 XS1. I was looking at the swingarm bushings. They are bronze but the hole is the same as the shaft. There were no spacer between/thru the bushings. Is this OK?

Question is: Should I remove the smaller hole bushings and replace them with new bushings that use a Bushing (Swingarm Bolt Tube)?

I think I am just going to install the correct bronze bushings.
