I've been REALLY happy with my little cl360 and my gsxr750, and I think it's finally time to hand the xs650 off to a new owner. It has side covers, but I took them off so you can see the PO's wiring 'fix' (there's duct tape as insulation against the side cover). I only put 400 miles on it last season (spent most of my time on the Honda) and I don't care if you plan to bob it, chop it, cafe it, or flip it, as long as it ends up getting ridden in the end.

Good:
- It's an xs650
- It starts and runs
- The paint is pretty
- The seat isn't ripped or worn
- Strong compression (149psi left, 148psi right)
- Strong spark
- 14k miles is low, so less overall wear
- Could be yours
Bad:
- Doesn't belong to you yet
- Wonky duct tape wiring vibration insulation
- Right mirror threads are stripped
- Idles badly
- Front brake is sticky
- 14k miles over 33 years typically means a bike sat for awhile
- Not quite ready to be ridden home - bring a truck and I'll help load it
