79 xs650 what do you guys think?

Just came upon this ad on craigslist. I was thinking about picking it up this week, but how hard do you guys think it'll be to get this back up and running? Could it be a simple fix or is it going to be a money bag? Let me know your opinions.

Buy it and start building your dream bike. If it was me, I'd strip it of everything I don't like. Sell that stuff. Look for a stock frame if you want to keep rear shocks or bob the frame you have for hardtail. The price is right.
