Hey guys I am new to this forum I know I don't have a 650 so I will post my 750 project.
Fully Custom built chassis 100% TIG Welded. this is what I have done so far.

Frame wouldn't work with keeping shafty so I cut it even further and built all new lol

Now to clean this bad boy up ...who needs end tube caps when you have a tig welder

Hi Fab and welcome,
Nice welding.
And you can so build an XS750/850/1100 rigid shafty far easier than effing around to turn the tranny drive through 90º to run sprockets & chain.
Salvage the rear drive adapter plate from the swingarm and build it into that nice rigid frame.
Salvage the rear axle mounting plate from the other side of the swingarm and mount it t'other side.
Run the drive shaft open from the tranny to the rear drive unit that you've bolted to that salvaged adapter plate.
