Another stator wiring thread

Hey all!
My stators wiring is a little busted up, so I have 2 questions.

1. Where does this blue wire connect? It seems like it mounts to the frame somewhere but I can't tell where.

2. Where does this yellow wire connect? I can't seem to find a wire that this is supposed to connect to.

Blue wire is for the neutral switch.
Yellow wire is for the safety relay...
