Hi all, further digging to sort out the clutch and I discovered these parts in the grunge at the bottom of the L/H crankcase. The push rod is also pitted and bent!! Glad I started now.
Hi Willis, that is what I thought but the diameter is too small for the pushrod to fit in. I also wondered if it was a spacer/locater from the casing but it isn't that either. Whatever I am guessing it needs further exploration = further expense! Oh the joys of owning a vintage bike. Cheers. Pete
