Hello all!! I wanted to announce that I am now offering 2 into 1 intakes! I have two material options at the moment, Polished Stainless and Raw Steel with the option of left or right side carb mounting. I will be adding some more options in the future such as Raw Stainless and powder coating options.

All flanges are laser cut out of 1/4" material. Stainless intakes are all 100% back purged so there is no "sugaring" on the inside of the tubes thus no restriction of flow.

I am open to doing some custom intakes but am limited by the availability of material and those will obviously be a bit more expensive than the standard ones.

Also I will be adding more parts to the shop as I grow. At the moment I am developing a steel horseshoe electronics box built around an 8 cell antigravity battery. It will be large enough to house the battery, a small fuse block, regulator/rectifier, starter solenoid, flasher relay and the stock TCI box. I am also going to be offering full stainless shotgun style chopper exhausts.

I've done a 1 into 4 (or 4 into 1, depending on your point of view) conversion for a 1982 Goldwing as I was tired of trying to get all four carbs to pay well with each other. The fabricator/vendor for the kit included a VW Beetle compatible carburetor with the manifold. While I am sure the performance isn't as good as a well-tuned quad, it works good enough. Starts right up, idles great, cruises great, and enough oomph to accelerate safely in traffic or on a back road.

What carb do you recommend with your 2 into 1? I assume there is a test bike running a prototype.

I don't have a recommendation there as every bike is set up a bit different. Best advice is to play around with it or check out the many posts on here about jetting them. Hope that helped!

Mine was a work of art but I had it sent to DJH in Seattle to have a custom Keihin FCR pumper made for it and now…. they are both lost in the mail so, I may have to order another.

I started a formal investigation into why the package has been in the same facility in Canada for over a month now, awaiting for “return to sender” best thing I ever did; as they have all of a sudden created a label for it to be shipped back to Seattle, fingers crossed!

Like I said fingers crossed, when I first learned of the screw up I watched the tracking info for 5 weeks and nothing changed, I went to the post office 3 times during this period and all they could say is we are seeing the same tracking info that you are seeing. That’s when I did more investigation and found a back door into launching an investigation into its whereabouts.
By the way my building permit has been put into limbo again (what a month)! so I should have time to get the xs motor into my Cheney frame and get some measurements for you so; we will be able to get started on the next piece of artwork from you; my new pipes!
