Biltwell Whiskey Throttle

I've researched these a bit and although they are pricey I am tempted by the clean look. As far as I've seen (compared the to my Harley throttle cable) if the stock Yamaha cable doesn't work, you can use a Harley throttle cable. But I thought I'd ask on here as well, to see what the experiences of others are with this throttle.

Used a couple in the past. Very very nice and well machined kit. There are cheaper throttles out there, which maybe better suited. Just depends on what floats your boat

I have done quite a bit of research and couldn't really find anything I liked more. As I said, I'm quite confident you can make it work with a Harley throttle cable if need be. Only the price makes me hesitate.

If you want something cheaper check out monstercraftsman . Around $40 and you can use your stock cable. Pretty clean looking too.

I saw those, but it looks like they come with grips attached. I have the grips I want already, so unless I can replace the grip on the throttle tube, these unfortunately won't work for me.

Yeah that's it. And you can just swap the grips if you want. The grip comes on the tube but you can pull it off just like any other tube/grip.

Hmm...that's good to know! You'd think they would say that on their site, wouldn't you?
