Bobber Project

this is going to be my first bike. iv been searching and searching for what iv wanted and iv decided on the best, an XS650 =)..... i wanna build the bike myself from the frame up and make it a hardtail bobber. iv been searching junk yards and just cant find any xs650 engines or frames. if anyone has a bike for sale or frames or engines, please let me know, or anyother advice on this build. thanks

Bobs motorcycle salvage in pheonix, only closed on Sunday's & Monday's. I'd start there, dig long enough and you'll find anything.

yeah i tried calling today and see if he had any, but no one answered the phone, it was either busy or just kept ringing.

Thy never answer the phone, I was there for three hours and that shit rang the WHOLE time. You just have to show up, and walk into the "yard" and start looking.

Big junkyard for bikes in Payson called ALLBIKES on hwy 87. Has acres of stuff, don't know much else about it though, could be what your looking for is there...Here in Rochester NY there's KINGPOWERSPORTS, a friend bought a good 650 engine from him a few years ago. Don't know if he'd ship to you. Good luck!
